Studies show screens train the brain for distraction, which lowers attention and makes learning difficult. Conversely, one study reports students who read regularly, even 20–30 minutes daily, outperform peers academically across all subjects, not just reading. And we see the same here at HCA. Therefore, to promote healthy habits and help prepare your student to be a life-long learner, we're hosting the Summer Brain-Strong Challenge. The challenge will start Sunday, May 31st, and conclude Saturday, August 1st. We hope you'll join us!
